DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE & EXPERIENCE:
Chris has undergone intensive training in Remedial and Sports massage as well as working closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths and has extensive experience in private practice.

Chris also teaches massage at The Australasian College of Natural Therapies and runs advanced massage workshops

AREAS OF SPECIALTY:
He incorporates a combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques and myofascial release. Sports massage involves specific techniques for the treatment of injures, pre and post event massage and ongoing maintenance programs to improve recovery, performance and injury prevention
