DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE & EXPERIENCE:
I have experience in counselling in a wide range of settings, including: interpersonal relationships, stress management, bereavement counselling, Drug & Alcohol counselling; and for people with intellectual disability and their parents/ guardians.
I provide both short term Solution-focused counselling as well as long term psychotherapy. My approach is eclectic and I place a particular importance on the client-therapist relationship, where the client can safely explore his/her roles, perspective, beliefs and feelings.
